Valiant Shadowbox display

from the pages of Valiant Comics ! ! !

I made this shadowbox as part of Valiant Comics' promotion wherein they sent out rare variant issues of their books for individuals who promoted their product. I also created a set of counter dumps.

The basic box was foamcore with accents of holographic foil. I used a large promo poster that depicted the scene for source material, as well as other color pics..

The stone steps were made of rough paper-mache with decorative mini plants for weeds on the steps.

The sky was part original poster, part colored foil.

As a final step, I included a logo from each of Valiant's books around the edges.
