The Spectacular Spider-man
with Webbed-out Base
Another Spider-man kit, this one is a little bigger than the vinyl Spidey kit but is still based on the same design. I built this one with the separate 2-piece web base kit, also by Horizon.
I thought Spidey needed a little extra accessorization to stand him apart from the vinyl kit, so I gave him the object he's most known to carry: Peter Parker's ever-present camera, ready to capture Spidey's exploits, wherever they may occur.
The camera is scratch-built from styrene and spare-parts box bits, plus a ribbon that makes a perfect double for a standard camera strap, and epoxy for the lens!
