The Man of Steel hangs on high to protect the values of Truth, Justice, and the American Way.

This mannequin was built specifically for Tropic Comics in North Miami Beach. It hangs right over the customer service area at the center.

I made Superman's costume from Spandex and some stretch nylon. His cape is a satiny material.

I used epoxy-ribbon-putty to give Superman his famous right forehead comb-over and spit-curl. I then airbrushed the hands and face, taking special care with his blue eyes, which received an epoxy gloss.
